How much does it cost?
We have three different membership plans, based on availability. You can read more about those here.
Is there a contract or a lease?
No. We want to offer the most flexible office space we can. All billing is month-to-month, and all you need to do to leave is stop paying and turn in your door card, if applicable.
We would appreciate notice if you are leaving a Professional Office, just so we can alert the next member on the waiting list so they can plan their move in.
What are your hours?
Professional and Premium members have 24/7 access to the space via the use of a keycard. General Members will be able to use the space from 8am to 8pm, Monday thru Saturday.
Is there an application?
For General Members, no. For any member with 24/7 access, we will ask you to submit information for a criminal background check, since you will have unlimited access to the space.
Is my stuff secure?
Like any shared public space, you should use your best judgement on what to leave at your desk. All Professional and Premium members will have a private space to lock up any valuables. General Members should not leave anything behind in the space while they are not there.
Besides our badge system and our staff, we have a security camera system that is monitoring the space and recording all activity there.
Start Fort Wayne and Atrium are not liable for your personal belongings. We will do our best to provide a secure space and monitor who comes and goes, but ultimately your belongings are your responsibility. Just like any coffee shop or office environment.
Do you have parking?
Like many businesses downtown, Atrium does not provide parking. However, our staff will be happy to help you with finding the right parking solution for your needs. There are ample garages and lots within a block of Atrium, most with monthly parking options, and there is on-street metered parking directly in front of Atrium and nearby for shorter visits.
